Refund and Returns Policy for Spotlighted Goods

At Spotlighted Goods, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

We will inspect the returned item and, if approved, process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
